Due to the very intense nature of the EP schedule, we do not recommend scheduling meetings during the Program. We start our sessions as early as 7:00am each morning and programming/networking runs through approximately 10pm in the evening. We will have short breaks throughout the day, as well as longer lunch and dinner breaks to check email and make quick phone calls but ask that you plan to participate fully in all sessions for your benefit.
