What is your cancellation policy?

 

The Executive Program cancellation policy takes into consideration the multitude of arrangements and contracts required with different vendors to host a successful program.

 

Advanced preparations require SU to submit headcounts 30-45 days prior to the start of a program. SU must honor these commitments to vendors and speakers. At the 30-45 day pre-program mark, expenses are incurred from preparations for the participants' arrival, as well as payments to vendors. There is not sufficient time to find a replacement for the cancelled seat.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • Notice up to 60 days prior to the program:  full payment can be rolled over without penalty to a future EP that has availability.
  • Notice between 31-60 days before the start of the program: 50% of your payment is applied to a future program. You will need to pay the balance to be confirmed for a future program.
  • Notice at 30 days or less: 100% of the payment is forfeited. You may roll over to a future program without having to re-apply but will need to submit full payment to be confirmed for a future program.

Rollover policy:

Due to the demand for the program, only one rollover is allowed. If the participant is unable to attend the second program after the rollover is processed, full payment will be forfeited (regardless of when notice is received) and will need to re-apply to be re-evaluated for future programs.
