[Executive Program](https://help.su.org/executive-program?hsLang=en) # What is the difference between Singularity and traditional executive education? ## Unlike traditional executive education we teach you about the future from people currently building it. Unlike traditional business schooling, we don't teach primarily from case studies of what worked or didn't in the past. A lot of traditional executive education is still built on case studies from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, teachings about strategy, organizational development, and adapting to change that were relevant at the time, but weren't built with today's pace of technology in mind. Singularity operates differently. We look at what's currently happening and where the future is heading, then build from there. Through our experts and our ecosystem, we bring leaders into that ongoing conversation so they can develop a broader mindset: how to lead, and what strategies to prioritize right now to move their organization forward and build a workforce that's ready for what's next, across industries. If you want to experience this firsthand, our[Executive Program](https://www.su.org/executive-program) is a 5-day immersive designed to give leaders exactly that: a real-time understanding of emerging technology and the strategic frameworks to lead through it. - [About Us](https://help.su.org/about-us?hsLang=en#main-content) - [FAQs](https://help.su.org/about-us?hsLang=en#faqs) - [Singularity Global Community](https://help.su.org/singularity-global-community?hsLang=en) - [Executive Program](https://help.su.org/executive-program?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Pre-Admissions](https://help.su.org/executive-program?hsLang=en#pre-admissions) - [After You've Been Admitted](https://help.su.org/executive-program?hsLang=en#after-youve-been-admitted) - [Chapters](https://help.su.org/chapters?hsLang=en) - [Global Startup Program](https://help.su.org/global-startup-program?hsLang=en#main-content) - [General](https://help.su.org/global-startup-program?hsLang=en#general) - [Media](https://help.su.org/media?hsLang=en#main-content) - [Singularity Hub](https://help.su.org/media?hsLang=en#singularity-hub) - [Global Community](https://help.su.org/global-community?hsLang=en) - [Partners](https://help.su.org/partners?hsLang=en) - [Enterprise](https://help.su.org/enterprise?hsLang=en) - [Digital](https://help.su.org/digital?hsLang=en) - [Default HubSpot Blog](https://help.su.org/blog) - Default Child Item - Default Child Child Item [![Chill listening crop-3](https://help.su.org/hubfs/Singularity_university_Logo_black-1.svg "Chill listening crop-3")](http://su.org) su.org Help Center Copyright © 2026, Singularity
