I can no longer attend. What is the refund policy?

If you cannot attend the event, you can request that your registration be transferred to a colleague or friend. In order to do the transfer, please email us at info@su.org!

If a transfer is not possible, Global Impact Summit Participants will have five (5) calendar days from the date of ticket purchase to cancel registration and to request a full refund by submitting a request to info@su.org. No refunds will be issued after the permitted cancellation period unless required by law.
