Within any Singularity program or event, you'll hear how the exponential pace of computing is driving growth across a range of digital technologies, leading to globally disruptive impacts. It's our core belief that the world needs new types of leaders to help navigate an ever-evolving tech landscape. Disruptive innovation doesn't come from linear, expected improvements to an existing market. It comes from radical, crazy ideas that open up a whole new one. Driving that kind of innovation starts with a shift in how leaders think. Most people are wired for linear thinking, so we work to build an exponential mindset, the muscle needed to spot and act on disruptive opportunities instead of just reacting to change. Our curriculum is built to do exactly that, giving leaders and organizations the practical tools and frameworks to navigate the change that's coming, both for themselves and for the people they lead.
