From there, Singularity designs the curriculum and selects the experts who match the questions your leaders actually have, delivers the program, and connects what came up in the room back to your live priorities so people leave knowing what to act on next.

Engagements flex to fit your team. They can run in person in Silicon Valley, at your headquarters, or in a market you're entering, digitally to scale fluency beyond the leadership team, or as a hybrid of both. Most programs run 15 to 60 leaders at a time, with 8 to 16 weeks from first conversation to delivery.
