# How do we enroll several executives into the same program?

A diverse and highly curated cohort is critical to the success of the Executive Program (EP) . While we understand the benefit of attending the EP with a colleague, we review applicants based on their individual merit and will cap the number of representatives from a single organization per cohort based on the organization structure and team members who are attending. This prevents group think and encourages more creativity and individuality.
