A diverse and highly curated cohort is critical to the success of the EP. While we understand the benefit of attending the Executive Program (EP) with a colleague, we review applicants based on their individual merit and typically cap participation to three representatives from a single organization per cohort. This prevents group think and encourages more creativity and individuality.
