Please notify Front Desk of your intent to pick up your package, allowing a 15-minute buffer so that we can retrieve all packages under your name in our Shipping/Receiving area. Front Desk is available 8a-5p Mon-Fri.
Why Pick-Up Matters
When you receive a delivery, you shouldn’t just grab it and walk away. Unless you mark your delivery as picked up, the system will “think” it’s still waiting in the delivery area. Plus, you’ll continue to receive reminders about a delivery until it’s marked as picked up.
Confirm Pick-Up Via Notifications
You can mark a delivery as “picked” up directly from the notification. Here’s how:
- Go to the delivery area and locate your delivery.
- Open the envoy email notification you received.
- Click “Mark as picked up.”
On or about the 1st of each month any uncollected mail/packages that have been onsite in excess of 10 business days will be subject to processing as "return to sender" unless a determined pick-up date has been scheduled with Guest Services.
