USPS mail generally arrives each business day with the exception of federally observed holidays. After Guest Services (GS) sorts through incoming mail, GS will notify Innovation Center members directly via text and email regarding their mail and/or packages received that day.
Additional texts/emails will be sent on a recurring basis until mail and/or packages have been picked up from front desk by the addressee or a member of your team.
On or about the 1st of each month any uncollected mail/packages that have been onsite in excess of 10 business days will be subject to processing as "return to sender" unless a determined pick-up date has been scheduled with Guest Services.
