If you are bringing a visitor to the 3rd floor Innovation Center space they need to be escorted at all times. This means you are actually walking with them to get coffee or using facilities. (Not following them into restroom but escorting them).
We encourage you to use the Orange conference room off the lobby as well. It has full AV, seats 10, can be booked through CASE, and is in a secure area.
Pre-registering your guests within Envoy allows Front Desk to receive advanced notification that you are expecting them to be greeted upon arrival and provided a level of hospitality compatible with their reason for visiting. Another benefit of pre-registration is that your guest(s) will be afforded the opportunity to digitally sign our NDA in advance if you have included their email address, eliminating the requirement for them to interact with our sign-in kiosk (unless front desk is unattended). Additionally, your guest will receive an email including driving directions and parking instructions one day prior to their visit.
- Go to dashboard.envoy.com, and enter the email address you provided to SU.
- Check your email inbox, and follow the sign-up steps.

When a visitor is here to see you, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS/text message directly from Envoy (depending on your settings).
When you receive the notification, please greet your guests in the lobby, or notify Guest Services if they need to be escorted to a specific conference room by a designated proxy, or a directive needs to be relayed.
