There are several reasons a badge for your program may not be appearing on your profile:
- Not all SU programs are badged. (For example, if you have attended a Chapter-organized event or one-off event organized by SU.)
- Your attendance at an event might not have been recorded. (For example, if SU’s Country or Summit Partners did not deliver your attendance information to SU, we will be unable to add your attendance badge.)
- If the email address you used to sign up for your program is different than the one you used to create your Membership Profile, your badge may fail to sync automatically.
While we will not be able to resolve the issue in all cases, to request to have an attendance badge added to your profile, please submit a help request via our help center, and include your email address, the program you attended, and any other information pertinent to your request.
