Once your application has been accepted and your payment confirmed, you will receive the following communications regarding the details of your program:
- EIP | Important Logistical Details - via email, approximately six weeks prior to the start of the program.
- Portal Login Invitation - via email, approximately four weeks prior to the start of the program. The portal will contain a participant list, logistical information, and more. The portal will be used by participants during the program to access the daily agenda, speaker presentations, daily notes (we'll have a professional notetaker), connect with fellow participants, surveys, etc.
- Schedule & Faculty List - via the portal, one week prior to the start of the program
- EIP | Final Details - via email, one week prior to the start of the program.
Please note that the portal invitation will only be sent to the participant (assistant will not be copied) to protect the privacy of program participants. The portal will contain contact information to allow program participants to connect with one another. We asked that program participants respect the privacy protection and not give out login information to their assistants. Most assistants find it helpful to set a reminder on the calendar to ensure that the participants are on the lookout for the portal login invitation about four weeks prior to the start of the program.
Depending on your corporate/personal email filters, our notices may be treated as spam mail. Please look for the above emails in your spam folder (and "unspam" if you find it there), or you may need to adjust your spam filters. If you don't receive the notices based on the above timelines and they're not in your spam folder, send us an email, and we can forward a copy to you.
