Each GIC organizer sets up their own review committee to evaluate GIC applications. The reviewing committee needs to include the GIC organizing team and/or SU past participants.
The application review process happens in 2-3 phases. The first phase involves the review of all applications to identify the top 10-20 applicants. In the second phase, the GIC local team and SU HQ will review these applicants to determine 5-10 finalists. During the third stage, finalists will make presentations at the pitch event, and the committee will select the winner. Each applicant must be reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers.
