Each quarter the deadline closes for SingularityU Chapters. After the deadline, no further applications will be accepted, until the next application period opens.
An interview with representatives from Singularity University will take place in order to better understand who you are, what qualifications you bring and what your vision for your Chapter is. Your 90-day plan will be used as the basis of discussion in the interview.
After you have been selected as a new Chapter, SU offers a comprehensive Onboarding experience to help you prepare for the launch of your Chapter.
Training + Workshops
As part of your official onboarding experience, you have access to several webinars and workshops that help prepare you for the launch.
In addition to an official SU Press Release and social media announcements, local Chapters are encouraged to contact other media sources to support the launch of their Chapter. Keep in mind that this must happen either on or after the official launch date.
Half way into your 90 days, you will do a 45-day check--in with someone from SU to help you with any additional needs or questions leading up to your official launch.
An important part of the Chapter experience is hosting events. You will be expected to host an event within your first 90 days.
After hosting your first event, you will be required to do a self-assessment that you will share with SU. This will be an opportunity to reflect on how your Chapter has launched and what you can do to improve your Chapter’s experience and outcomes.
