The first 90 days of a Chapter is an incubation period during which leaders begin to create a vibrant and effective community. Through our onboarding process and ongoing workshops, we empower every Chapter to best utilize all available tools and resources to reach this goal.
The 90-day plan is one of the most important components of the entire Chapter application. Through your plans, we're able to assess whether your goals and implementation plans for your Chapter are aligned with the goals and assessment areas of the Chapter license program.
This document can be provided in a format of your choice. This document should cover:
- Your overall Chapter goals
- Your implementation plan - how you plan to work towards your goals in your first 90 days
- A timeline for your Chapter in the first 90 days
If you move to the semi-finalist stage and have a Chapter interview, your 90-day plan will be used as the basis of discussion in the interview.
