The program's cancellation policy takes into consideration the multitude of arrangements and contracts required with different vendors for the participants registered. Due to the advance commitments required by the vendors that SU must honor regardless of final numbers (i.e. SU will need to absorb expenses incurred if a participant can no longer participate), refunds are not offered due to cancellation as replacements may not be found in time for the cancelled seat.
- Notice up to 60 days prior to the program, you may request that we roll over your full payment without penalty to any future EP that has availability. Please note that only one (1) rollover is permitted.
- Notice between 31-60 days before the start of the program, 50% of your payment would be applied to a future program that has availability.
- Notice at 30 days or less, payment is forfeited.
Due to the demand for the program, only one rollover is allowed. 100% of the payment will be forfeited if the participant is unable to attend the second program after the rollover (regardless of when notice is received), and will need to re-apply to be re-evaluated for future programs.
