If you are planning to stay with us at the Ameswell Hotel, a car rental is usually not necessary as we will be on-site for the entire week. You will only need to book your own transportation to the hotel on Sunday and to the airport on Friday (unless you leave Thursday evening). Because the event will all be on-site at the Ameswell, you will not need to travel from one location to another throughout the day. Due to the intense nature of the EP schedule, past participants (who have rented cars) have found that they rarely, if ever, needed their rental car. We will have on-site staff available with access to a vehicle in case of emergency or if attendees need to take care of something off premise.
